Eligible nonprofits may receive 10% off qualifying services.

AI Impact Maine works with Maine nonprofits and community-serving teams that need responsible, plain-English support with AI adoption, staff training, website improvement, workflow automation, and website modernization.

The 10% nonprofit discount may be applied to qualifying services when the organization type, service fit, and scope are reviewed during consultation or proposal preparation.

This discount is intended to be practical and flexible. It does not automatically apply to every engagement, third-party cost, pass-through expense, rush request, or already-discounted package. We will confirm eligibility and scope in writing before work begins.

A visible option for organizations exploring training cost offsets.

Eligible Maine organizations may be able to use the Maine Community College Compact Grant to help offset training-related costs. AI Impact Maine can help shape grant-aligned training options, but grant approval, eligibility, funding amount, documentation, and reimbursement are determined by the grant program.

Compact Grant-aware AI training

Training scopes can be framed around responsible AI literacy, practical tool use, staff productivity, governance basics, and safe workflow improvement when that fits the organization and the grant program requirements.

  • AI literacy and responsible-use training
  • Prompting and productivity workshops
  • Governance, policy, and risk training
  • Readiness and implementation support tied to staff learning

Important grant notes

The Compact Grant should be treated as a potential funding path, not a guarantee. Organizations should confirm program rules directly with the Maine Community College System or their assigned workforce development contact.

  • Funding requests generally need to be handled before training begins.
  • Eligibility and approval are not controlled by AI Impact Maine.
  • Training scope, trainees, timing, and documentation may affect fit.
  • We can provide clear training descriptions for proposal or funding conversations.

How eligibility and discount-aware scoping works.

1

Schedule a consultation

Start with a short conversation about your organization, service needs, timeline, and whether a nonprofit discount or grant-aware path may apply.

2

Confirm fit and needs

We review the organization type, qualifying service category, training audience, website scope, automation needs, or proposal requirements.

3

Receive a clear proposal

When appropriate, your proposal can show the nonprofit discount, qualifying services, grant-aware training language, and any scope boundaries.

Discount and funding conversations are welcome early.
