The organization is built on more than 10 years of professional experience across accounting, business operations, technology-enabled workflows, IT-adjacent systems work, business development, supervision, and workplace training. That background shapes a practical approach to AI: clear communication, useful examples, careful use of data, and tools that support people rather than replace them.
AI Impact Maine specializes in helping non-technical teams become more comfortable with AI tools such as ChatGPT. Trainings are designed to start with the basics, use plain language, include live demonstrations, and connect directly to daily workplace tasks.
Our approach is practical and responsible. We help organizations explore how AI can support drafting, summarizing, planning, communication, and workflow improvement while emphasizing privacy, human review, policy guardrails, and appropriate limits.

Ahmad brings practical experience across business operations, IT systems, and process improvement, including ERP and Oracle-based systems, work in the solar industry and growth-focused business environments, and hands-on use of AI automations to improve organizational efficiency, workflows, and decision-making.
AI Impact Maine is founder-led and Maine-focused, with a mission to make AI education useful, understandable, and responsible for local businesses, nonprofits, housing organizations, and community-serving teams.
We are based in Portland, Maine and serve organizations throughout Southern Maine and statewide — onsite where it matters and virtually wherever needed.
